Marg was selected by my daughter who was living in this house. Because she was very knowledgeable about the real estate market In Lindsay and had responded quickly to when my daughter had indicated an interest, something which some other realtors had failed to do. We were all very please with the work that Marg put into the sale of the property. At the time of listing, it was not as easy as might be thought. Summer was in full swing and there was not as much interest in listings in general. Marg provided good advice about the asking price and had a very professional photographer take pictures which were turned into a pleasing sale flyer. She was diligent in her promotion of the property. Marg was able to find an interested party and worked very hard with that person to ensure that financing for the purchase was achieve. The house sold for its full listed price in September and all parties were very satisfied with the outcome.
